Title: Fuzzy control of an electrolyzer in a stand-alone renewable energy system

Abstract: This paper deals with the design, configuration and experimental test of a fuzzy logic controller to manage an electrolyzer. This device is the core of a renewable energy system for stand-alone applications. The control structure integrates Simulink software and a programmable logic controller using Open Process Control technology. Real-time data exchange and control of the process variables has been successfully achieved and obtained results under real conditions are presented.
